Angel Care 360 reserves the right to refuse service to patients at the discretion of the company.
We do not accept new patients the last hour of the night. After 7 PM on Sunday and after 8 PM Monday- Saturday, but reserve the right to change the time at discretion of company.
First time patients are asked to pay in cash only, and are not allowed to place orders over $200.
We only accept the LETTER RECOMMENDATION from a licensed CALIFORNIA physician. We must have a photo of the paper document before your order is delivered and do not accept screen shots from first time patients.
Out of State ID
Out of state ID's are accepted, you must submit a photo of your paper CA recommendation, state issued ID , a selfie with ID, and proof or residency. This can be uploaded online or emailed to email@example.com
Patients visiting California who would like to place an order must have a CA recommendation, state issued ID, and selfie with ID. We will also select a safe location near you to meet us. We do not deliver to hotels for new patients.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. Only cartridges and batteries that have been deemed defective may be exchanged for an item or equal or greater pricing. Items must be reported defective with in 24 hours of purchase. ALL EDIBLES, FLOWER, OILS, CONCENTRATES, WAXES, SHATTERS, ETC, CARRY A STRICT NO EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept Debit/Credit with a fee of 5%. Cards must have the registered patient's name on them, we will not accept a card payment if the name does not match the recommendation.
